Getting Started

Welcome to Lethality! This section will help you get started with our premium Rust recoil control software.

After purchasing your subscription, you'll receive an activation key that grants you access to our software. Here's a quick overview:

  • Purchase a Key: Buy a subscription to receive your activation key for Lethality.
  • Download the Launcher: Login to our dashboard then download the Lethality launcher application.
  • Launch the Loader: Enter your activation key in the launcher to access your subscription.
  • Configure Your Settings: Once logged in, customize your recoil settings to match your preferences.
  • Stay Updated: Lethality is regularly updated to ensure compatibility with the latest Rust patches.

Installation Guide

Follow these steps to properly install and configure Lethality:

Lethality Loader Download Guide:

  • Step 1: Make sure all antivirus and firewall is disabled.
  • Step 2: Download the Lethality Loader from the dashboard (The loader will be a .hta file).
  • Step 3: Put the loader on to a USB/VHD. The VHD MUST be made using ImDisk Toolkit.
  • Step 4: Double click the loader to run it.
  • Step 5: Wait for the Loader login page to appear.

Common Issues:

  • "Error: Write to file failed" - The most reliable fix is to restart your PC. Alternatively, download our Virtual Disk Installer from the dashboard — using it to run the loader fixes this error entirely. You can also try ending the process "Windows host process (Rundll32)" in Task Manager.
  • Menu not loading / Loader not loading the menu - Download and connect Proton VPN before injecting. This fixes the issue for the vast majority of users.

Is Lethality safe to use?

Yes, Lethality is designed with safety as a top priority. Our software operates externally and uses advanced methods to remain undetected. We regularly update our scripts to maintain compatibility and security.

What's the difference between Public and Private versions?

The Private version offers several advantages:

  • Enhanced protection with advanced injection methods
  • Priority updates after Rust patches
  • Access to exclusive settings and configurations
  • VIP support with faster response times
  • Access to beta features
Do you offer refunds?

We strictly require you to contact staff if you want a refund, unless a mistake is made on Lethality's end. Please ensure the subscription you purchase is the right one for you. For more information, please review our Terms of Service.

How do I update Lethality?

The Lethality launcher will automatically check for updates each time you start it. If an update is available, you'll be prompted to install it.

Is Lethality compatible with my system?

Lethality is compatible with Windows 10 and 11 (64-bit). Minimum requirements:

  • Intel or AMD processor (dual-core or better)
  • 4GB RAM
  • 100MB free disk space
  • Internet connection for activation and updates

USB Setup Guide - Required for Lethality Loader

Running the Lethality Loader from a USB is required. This can be a physical USB or a virtual USB.

Why USB is Required:

  • Improves protection and reduces detection risk
  • Ensures a clean, isolated injection process
  • Delivers better long-term stability

Important: Eject the USB before launching Rust!

Error: Write to file failed

The most reliable fixes for this error:

  • Restart your PC — this fixes the issue 100% of the time for most users.
  • Use our Virtual Disk Installer — download it from your dashboard and use it to run the loader. This permanently resolves the write error.
  • End the process "Windows host process (Rundll32)" in Task Manager, then re-run the loader.
  • Ensure antivirus is fully disabled before running the loader.
Menu not loading / Loader not loading the menu

If the loader runs but the menu does not appear in-game, the most effective fix is:

  • Download Proton VPN (free) and connect to any server before injecting.
  • This resolves the issue for the vast majority of users immediately.
  • You can disconnect the VPN after the menu has loaded successfully.

If the issue persists after using Proton VPN, open a ticket on our Discord for further assistance.

Loader won't start or crashes on startup
  • Run the loader as administrator
  • Temporarily disable antivirus and firewall
  • Reinstall using the latest version
  • Check that Visual C++ redistributables are installed
Authentication or login issues
  • Check you are entering your key correctly
  • Include the prefix "PUB" or "PRIV" at the beginning
  • Check your internet connection
  • Ensure your subscription is active
  • If issues persist, open a ticket on our Discord
Mouse movement not working after launch

Temporary Fix You Can Try Right Now

We're aware that some users may have issues with mouse movement not working correctly after launch. Please try the steps below carefully:

  • While in-game, unplug your mouse and plug it back in.
  • If that does not work, open Device Manager.
  • Expand "Mice and other pointing devices".
  • Disable all mouse devices listed until your mouse completely stops working.
  • Use your keyboard to re-enable them:
    • Use arrow keys to navigate
    • Press Enter to enable devices again
  • Once re-enabled, return to the game and test again.

This resolves the issue for a large number of users.

If the Fix Above Does Not Work

If the steps above do not resolve the issue, please don't keep troubleshooting endlessly.

This is a known issue related to the current mouse movement method, and a hotfix is already being worked on.

For now:

  • Please stop attempting further fixes
  • Your key time will be fully compensated
  • No action is required on your end
