By using Lethality (the "Service"), you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all users who purchase, access, or use our software.

You represent and warrant that:

  • You are of legal age to form a binding contract with Lethality;
  • You have the authority to enter into this Agreement either on behalf of yourself or any entity you represent;
  • Your use of the Service will not violate any applicable law or regulation;
  • All information you provide to us is true, accurate, complete, and current.

License & Usage

2.1 License Grant

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Lethality grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our software for personal or business productivity purposes during the term of your subscription.

2.2 License Restrictions

You shall not:

  • Share or Transfer – Attempt to share, sublicense, transfer, or assign your license to any other person or entity;
  • No Reverse Engineering – Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of our software;
  • No Modification – Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on our software;
  • No Redistribution – Redistribute, resell, lease, rent, or make our software available to any third party;
  • Software Integrity – Our application operates externally and does not modify, interfere with, or alter system files or memory.

2.3 License Termination

Lethality reserves the right to terminate your license at any time if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the software and delete any copies in your possession.

Refund & Support Policy

3.1 Refund Policy

For refunds please contact support. unless a mistake is made on Lethality's end. Please ensure the subscription you purchase is the right one for you.

By proceeding with any purchase, you acknowledge and agree you must contact staff for a refund. Once a product has been activated, it is considered used and non-returnable; no refunds will be issued for activated products. All refund requests must be made in writing to our customer support team within 48 hours from purchase. Refund requests made after this period will not be considered.

3.2 Support Services

Technical support is provided through the following channels:

  • Email Support – You can contact our support team at support@lethality.club;
  • Ticketing System – Available through our Discord server for authorized users;
  • Response Times – Standard support tickets are typically addressed within 24-48 hours; Private customers receive priority support.

3.3 Subscription Management

Users are responsible for:

  • Managing their subscription preferences;
  • Keeping track of renewal dates;
  • Updating payment information as needed;
  • Maintaining the security of their license key.

Account Bans & Detection

4.1 No Liability for Account Bans

Lethality is not responsible for any bans caused on your gaming accounts. By using our software, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with using third-party software in online games. You are solely responsible for any consequences that may arise from the use of our products.

4.2 Detection & Refund Policy

Refunds will not be issued if the software becomes detected by anti-cheat systems. In the event of detection:

  • Lethality will work to update the software as quickly as possible;
  • Active subscription keys will receive additional time compensation for any downtime;
  • You will not receive a monetary refund for detection-related issues.

4.3 Banned Account Refund Requests

Please understand that refund requests for banned accounts will be denied. We do not offer refunds, chargebacks, or compensation if your gaming account is banned as a result of using our software. You assume full responsibility for any account actions taken by game publishers or anti-cheat providers.

4.4 Product Status & Purchasing

The status of Lethality's software is clearly updated and listed on our product pages. Before purchasing, please check the current status indicator:

  • Undetected (Green) – Software is safe to use;
  • Updating (Orange) – Software is being updated;
  • Detected (Red) – Software is currently detected, do not use.

If you purchase while a product is down or updating, you are not entitled to a refund. Your subscription key will have additional time added once the product is back online. Please ensure the subscription you choose is right for you before completing your purchase.

Important: By purchasing and using Lethality software, you accept full responsibility for any consequences to your gaming accounts. Always check the product status before using the software.

Prohibited Uses

The software must not be used for:

  • Unauthorized Automation – Any form of automated process that violates third-party terms of service;
  • Botting – Creating or operating bots that automate actions in violation of game or software policies;
  • Competitive Gaming Enhancements – Using the software in competitive or ranked gaming environments where such software is prohibited;
  • Illegal Activities – Any activity that violates local, state, national, or international law;
  • Harmful Activities – Any activity that could harm, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks;
  • Unauthorized Access – Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, other accounts, or other computer systems or networks connected to the Service.
Important: Illegal or unethical use of the software will result in immediate license termination without refund, and may be reported to relevant authorities.

Subscription Terms

6.4 Pricing Changes

We reserve the right to adjust pricing for our services. Any price changes will be communicated in advance and will not affect already paid subscription periods.

7.2 Trademarks

The Lethality name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Lethality or its affiliates. You must not use such marks without the prior written permission of Lethality.

7.3 Feedback

If you provide any feedback, suggestions, or ideas about our Services, you grant us an unlimited, irrevocable, perpetual, sublicensable, transferable, royalty-free license to use such feedback for any purpose without compensation to you.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. NEITHER LETHALITY NOR ANY PERSON ASSOCIATED WITH LETHALITY MAKES ANY WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION WITH RESPECT TO THE COMPLETENESS, SECURITY, RELIABILITY, QUALITY, ACCURACY, OR AVAILABILITY OF THE SERVICES.

WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, NEITHER LETHALITY NOR ANYONE ASSOCIATED WITH LETHALITY REPRESENTS OR WARRANTS THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE FROM HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT THE SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR EXPECTATIONS.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL LETHALITY, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICES, INCLUDING ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

THIS INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO, PERSONAL INJURY, PAIN AND SUFFERING, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS OR ANTICIPATED SAVINGS, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF GOODWILL, LOSS OF DATA, AND WHETHER CAUSED BY TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), BREACH OF CONTRACT, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF FORESEEABLE.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the United Kingdom, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

If any provision of these Terms is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
